How to use
- Apply 2-3 dollops to dry hands and massage gently into dry, clean skin.

- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Take a small amount in your hand and drink a little water.

- Massage into your skin in a circular motion.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
