Content: 200 ml.

• Apply the lotion to clean, exfoliated skin.
• Apply some moisturizer to dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and hands.
• Use a moderate amount and apply to a tanning mitt.
• Spread the lotion using circular movements with the mitt.
  
• Let the lotion soak in for 6 to 8 hours before showering.
• Want a darker result? Leave it on longer.
• Rinse the applied areas and pat dry.
