Which gua sha or roller should you choose?

How to use a gua sha
- Start with clean skin and apply a serum or facial oil so the tool glides smoothly.
- Hold the gua sha almost flat against your skin.
- Stroke with light pressure from the inside out: along your jawline, over your cheekbones and across your forehead.
- Repeat each movement a few times. Five minutes is enough.
- Clean your tool after use with water and a mild soap.
