This is a powder that starts as a balm. You pick it up with the applicator that comes with it, it melts on the skin and then turns into a powder finish. That way it sits in the skin rather than on it.
The formula is built around upsalite, a Swedish mineral that absorbs excess oil without drying the skin out. Pores and small irregularities stand out less and shine stays balanced. There are two variants: Universal for a matte finish on oily or combination skin, and Universal Radiant for a natural glow on all skin types.
