LA Girl Lip Plumper is a lip plumper with a light tint. This lip plumper gives your lips a tingling sensation, after which they instantly look fuller!
The lip plumper is clear, but turns light pink after applying. Besides giving you fuller lips, this lip plumper also gives intense hydration.

How to use
- Prep your lips with the LA Girl Sweet Lip Scrub.
- Start applying at your cupid's bow, then glide the applicator across your lips in a criss-cross pattern.
- Don't forget the outer corners.
- Then do the same on your lower lip.
