1 x glue.
1 x uv light.
5 x sticks.
10 x cotton pads.

• Ensure a clean workspace and prepare all supplies.
  
• Wash your hands thoroughly.
  
• Choose a front tooth and make sure it is dry.
  
• Open your mouth, lift your upper lip and place one cotton pad under the lip and one between your teeth.
  
• Stir the glue for 30 seconds with the brush.
  
• Pick up the crystal with the brush with a little hand cream on the tip.
  
• Apply glue to the back of the crystal.
  
• Carefully place the crystal on your tooth and roll the stick away do not pull.
  
• Put on UV protective glasses and use the lamp.
  
• Hold the UV light close to the crystal for about 4 minutes and press gently.
  
• Wash your hands afterwards.
