Description
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Eye Primer is a water-resistant primer that intensifies your eye makeup and sets it for a whole day. The creamy formula provides a soft base, allowing you to apply your eye shadow easily and beautifully. In addition, this primer hides the fine lines and does not clog your pores. The formula is slightly tinted, which makes the pigment of your eye shadow even more intense.
This primer is suitable for pressed pigment and eye shadows with both matte and shimmer finishes. The formula is free of parabens, gluten, oil and alcohol. Dermatologically tested. This mini primer is ideal to take with you when traveling.

How to use
- Apply the primer to the eye area.
- Blend from lash line to brow bone.
- Use under your eyes as a base for your concealer.
- Apply your favorite eye shadow .
