Isobornyl Methacrylate, Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate, N,N-Dimethylacrylamide, Bis(2-Methacryloxyethyl) Phosphate, 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone.

How to use
- Apply a thin layer over your base or color gel, do not cure.
- Immediately apply your desired color(s) on top of the wet Blooming Gel and allow them to bloom.
- Once you are happy with the effect, cure (UV 2-3 min / LED 60-90 sec).
- Seal your design with a top coat and cure again for a long lasting result.
