How to use
- Apply Scratch Base and cure under a UV or LED lamp for thirty to sixty seconds.
- Apply a layer of Scratch Gel and do not cure.
- Create the design in the uncured gel using a stick, dotting tool or fine brush.
- Wait briefly for the structure to form.
- Cure under a UV or LED lamp for sixty seconds.
- Finish with a top coat.
