Cleaning your makeup brushes:

Cleaning your makeup brushes is important to keep your skin healthy and extend the life of your brushes. We therefore recommend thoroughly cleaning your make-up brushes regularly, at least once a week. This prevents bacteria from accumulating that can contaminate your skin.

Step 1. Clean your brush

Hold your brush under running lukewarm water. Make sure that no water gets into the ferrule, as moisture can damage the adhesive layer of the bristles. Apply cleanser to your palm or on a brush cleansing mat and gently rub the brush bristles into the cleanser using circular movements.

Step 2. Rinse the brush well

Rinse the brush thoroughly under lukewarm water until all the cleaner has been removed and the water is clear again. Gently squeeze excess water from the brush with your fingers.

Step 3. Shape the tassel back

Gently shape the hair back to its original shape. Then slide a brush protector over the brush, starting from the handle and sliding it towards the bristles to prevent the bristles from getting out of shape.

Step 4. Let the brush dry

Place the brush on a clean towel to dry. Preferably place the brushes at an angle with the bristles pointing downwards, for example by placing a rolled up towel under the handle.

Step 5. Disinfect

If desired, you can disinfect your brush by lightly sprinkling it with brush cleanser .

Defining eyebrows:

Step 1. Shape your eyebrows

Use the spoolie to comb your eyebrow hairs into shape

Step 2. Define your eyebrows

Turn the brush over and dab the brush into your eyebrow product, such as eyebrow powder or pomade. Create a clean line at the top and bottom of your eyebrows. Then fill in your eyebrows

Step 3. Blend

After application, turn the brush over again to blend your look. Use the spoolie to comb your eyebrows. The color is evenly distributed and hard lines are softened

Defining eyelashes:

Step 1. Apply mascara

Apply your mascara as you normally would

Step 2. Style your eyelashes

Immediately after applying your mascara, use the spoolie to separate your lashes and remove any clumps of mascara. Start at the roots and move towards the tips of your lashes

Step 3. Curl your eyelashes
