Zoya Nail Polish Zora is a clear topper full of flakes that shift from pink to yellow. It has no coverage of its own, so you wear it over a colour that is already on your nails.
That makes it handy when you want to freshen up a manicure without starting again. Over a nude the effect stays soft, over a dark shade the flakes stand out. How many flakes you pick up is up to you: the more coats, the fuller the effect.

You can, but then you mainly see your own nail with the flakes on top. This topper does not cover and is meant to go over a colour that is already there. Over a dark shade the flakes stand out most, over a nude the effect stays soft.
